1. What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Is parking available on-site? Free parking is available directly outside the property on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, a pay-and-display car park is located opposite the house. 3. Are pets allowed at The Aros? Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made. 4. What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations are free up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the start of your stay. After this period, the full booking amount is non-refundable. A processing fee applies to all cancellations.
5 Is breakfast included in the booking? Breakfast is not included.
6. How can I modify my booking? To modify your booking, please contact us directly via email at info@thearos.co.uk. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Is The Aros wheelchair accessible? Unfortunately, The Aros is not wheelchair accessible due to steps up to the front door. 8. Do you provide baby cots or high chairs? Baby cots are provided as standard; however, high chairs are not available. 9. Do you allow group bookings? Group bookings are welcome, subject to availability and prior approval. Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
10. Is there a minimum stay requirement? Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights, but this is subject to seasonal changes. Please check the booking details for specific requirements.
