Terms and Conditions for Booking Accommodation at The Aros
Welcome to The Aros. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the booking of accommodations at The Aros through our platform.
1.2 By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon posting to our website.
2. Bookings
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Aros.
2.2 A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the booking confirmation email.
2.3 The individual making the booking is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personal and booking details.
3. Payment
3.1 Full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on The Aros’s policy.
3.2 Payment methods accepted will be specified during the booking process.
3.3 All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Free cancellation is available up to 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the scheduled start date of the stay.
4.2 If a cancellation is made within the free cancellation period, a full refund will be made minus the processing fee.
4.3 Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled start date will be subject to the full cost of the booking, and no refunds will be provided.

5. Check-in and Check-out Policy
5.1 Check-in time is from 4pm, and check-out time is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated subject to availability.
6. No-Smoking Policy
6.1 The Aros operates a strict no-smoking policy within all indoor areas. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning fee.
7. Pets Policy
7.1 Pets are not allowed at The Aros without prior approval.
8. Children Policy
9.1 Children of all ages are welcome at The Aros.
10. Guest Responsibilities
10.1 Guests are required to comply with the house rules of The Aros, which will be provided upon booking confirmation.
10.2 Any damages or losses caused by the guest during their stay will be the guest’s responsibility, and additional charges may apply.
10.3 The accommodation is to be used solely for the purposes of private holiday accommodation unless otherwise agreed.
11. Behavioural Conduct
11.1 Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during their stay. The Aros reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if guests engage in disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behaviour.
12. Liability
12.1 We act solely as an intermediary between guests and The Aros and are not liable for any issues arising from the booking or stay.
12.2 We do not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests during their stay unless directly caused by our negligence.
13. Complaints and Feedback
13.1 Any complaints should be reported during the stay to allow for immediate resolution. Complaints made after check-out may not be considered.
13.2 Guests are encouraged to provide feedback about their stay to help us improve our services.
14. Privacy
14.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14.2 By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Force Majeure
15.1 We shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
